They use a lot of different méthodes: single work, group work, teacher/student work, work with parents... They really want to found the best way for the child. If the child still doesn't found his way in the usual education, he can found it in classes which has specializations. Any child is left behind.
in special education topic, is good that whatever is the necessity of a child, education is granted as a must, and all the possibilities are offered so he or she can continue to upper studies.

One of the secrets of Finland's success education lies in the teacher. The high social status of teachers in Finland is hard to imagine in other regions. And teachers in finland are like scholars, almost of all have a master's degree or above, during the summer vacation, they go to college to continue their studies. Because teachers themselves are interested in learning and good at learning, they can teach the world's most outstanding students.

Personal study plan within the National Core curriculum; Intensified support in classrooms for all learners or special needs support; Free education at all levels including free meals in basic education and secondary; National core curriculum makes sure that all students learn the same in the whole country; Highly motivated, well trained and well paid teachers Early childhood education (not just a place where to drop the kids so that the parents can go to work); Exams and assessment based on learning, not to study for test
