Describe

when I walk on the road in Finland with my friends，I found vehicles would give way to pedestrians.When I cross the road,cars would stop in the distance.At first,I felt strange.In Shanghai,the rhythm of this city is so swift that everyone is busy working.So vehicles almost will not voluntarily give way to pedestrians.

Interpret

Now the comity, in fact, under the guidance of legal norms and education for many years, people gradually develop the habit and then formed a part of culture.When vehicles become more and more popular,Vulnerable groups should be protected.Moreover,the pace of life in Finland is slow.So, most people do not mind waiting a minutes.

Evaluate

I think it is a good habit that vehicles give way to pedestrians,thus, it can avoid most traffic accidents.The pedestrian is vulnerable.I hope that this kind of good habit would spread into my country.
