Music Assignment
Last Friday afternoon I went to the Kokkola's Conservatory to see the a Rock band play songs of Foo Fighters which is an alternative rock band of the nineties and the purpose of the performance was a "tribute" for them.
This Band was formed by a lead singer whose name is Tiia Katajamaen, a guitarist, a pianist, a drummer, a showgirl and a special guest (my favorite) a violinist.
Between all the interpreted songs I have to admit that my favorite was "The best of you" which is the only song I knew at that moment but also those in which the violin was present.
At the end of the performance I noticed that the singer was actually a student and that concert was part of her final presentation,
Finally I must say that I'm not used to listen to music of this style, but being there enjoying the new experience was nice , definitely it wasn't what I was expecting because it was funny to me see the spectators on their seats and occasionally yelling, I was ready to jump and scream but it wasn't like that.
